Bouncing Ball Jacklyn Becker To complete this project I used Adobe After Effects. I found this program to be difficult to work at fist. Once I got the hang of it, it did get easier. Adobe After Effects is definitely not my favorite program we have worked with so far. There were many ideas that I had that I was unable to complete as I was having a difficult time working with this program.  In my project I have a yellow ball bouncing on the ground with squash and stretch included. Lastly, bouncing on a table off the screen. In the end I think my project came out really good and I would not change anything about it. I was unable to publish my project to youtube to add it onto this blog but 2 copies of the project are in my student folder. My final project is named bouncing ball jacklynbecker final project.

Walk Cycle and Weight Jacklyn Becker I used harmony premium to complete this project. I found this project to be on the more difficult side. I have a character walking and then picking up a shopping bag and then the character walks a little more and then it is over. I did not want the character to explode or anything because that is not realistic to me so I just left it because that is how I liked the project the best. 

Walk Cycle I used Harmony to complete my walk cycle project. I found this project to be the most difficult out of all of the projects we have completed so far. 

Rotoscope Jacklyn Becker For this rotoscope project I chose to use a lion as it is one of my favorite animals. I used harmony to complete this project. This project appeared to be easy but as I was completing it I realized that it is actually a very particular project and extremely repetitive. I found it to be more difficult and time consuming than the previous projects. In the end I think my project came out really good. Obviously there is room for improvement, but for being my first time every using this program and doing a project like this I think I did a really good job.

Animation Project Under the Sea Jacklyn Becker For my animation project I worked with Destiny. The name of our animation is Under the Sea. We came up with the idea to depict two fish swimming around in a fish tank and then falling in love. As they are falling in love the pink fish gets scooped up leaving the blue fish depressed. He swims up to the mirror and looks at his reflection realizing how sad and lonely he is. We did not have much trouble at all completing this project in fact we found it very simple. In the end I really enjoyed the outcome of this project as we put a lot of effort and time into it.

Bouncing Ball Project Jacklyn Becker I worked with Destiny on this project. We had the idea to have a cat walk off a table and then bounce a couple of times. We used the squash and stretch method as well. We also moved the cats ears to depict when the cat is falling and then bouncing back up. When the cat is falling the ears are up really straight, and then when the cat is bouncing back up it looks like the cats ears are being pushed down. I found this project to be relatively easy for not being an animation major or not having any type of experience with these tools and programs. I was unable to attach my project onto my blog therefore, it is in my student folder.

Who is she? Her name is Jacklyn Becker. What does she do? Her major is business management. What does she expect to learn from this class? She hopes to be able to grasp a general understanding of animation along with being comfortable using some of the tools outside of the classroom.
